All factory original minus the heads, snare wire cords and badge grommet. Wrap does have scratches and nicks, and the hardware shows some pitting (please view pictures).

New Remo Ambassador clear reso head
Original Ludwig 12-strand snare wires (snare wires do show signs of wear when disengaged)
Tunes up and sounds great!
